Before Electricity was even made or found out about people had to hand make their own butter. How did they make this so beautiful with no electricity? Well that is what Im going to tell you I hope you read this carefully if you are curious on how they made butter with no electric mixer.

On monday It was Park Estate school's 40th birthday, because of that we made some butter along with bread. The butter was so delicious you just can't get enough of it so I thought I might as well share the recipe with you.

Ingredients:
Cream
Electric mixer (Optional)
Whisk (If no Electric mixer)
Spatula
Mixing bowl

Recipe We will start off simple
Step 1.  Shake your cream carefully
Step 2  Pour all cream in to your mixing bowl
Step 3  Put the electric mixer on medium if you are using one if not start mixing with your whisk.
Tip: Mix until it is fluffy and stiff
Step 4  After mixing It will look like cottage cheese 
Step 5  you will notice that there is milk at the bottom pour that out
Step 6  Place in fridge for about 30 minutes or so
Step 7  After 30 minutes in the fridge wash the butter with hot water
Step 8  Pour half a cup of hot boiling water in the bowl
Step 9 Repeat the process until the water Is transparent
Tip: You can add any spice or salt to the butter
Step 10 If you have added spice or salt I suggest you knead the butter to the right consistency you want
Step 11 Put in airtight container
Step 12 Enjoy The Butter will last up to week in the fridge

Seahorse Facts

This is my research on seahorses this was my writing from last week. I learned many facts about seahorses that i never knew. Now i know a lot about seahorses.

A seahorse is a marine fish. There are 54 known species of the seahorse.

4 species of Seahorses are found in north or south america. They prefer to live in warm shallow water with seaweed and coral. A dwarf seahorse is found in the Bahamas

Seahorses are carnivores. In the wild a seahorse will eat constantly to survive. Seahorse prefer to eat plankton, tiny fish, shrimp or larval fish. Wild seahorses ambush their prey for food.

A male seahorse has a bigger body than a female seahorse. Seahorses have bones but no stomach or teeth. It has 2 fins at each side of the head it helps them to, they also have a flexible neck. Seahorses  have a fin at the back, they use that fin to help them swim. Seahorses have an upright posture.

Seahorses don’t swim fast. They swim poorly the slowest species is the Dwarf seahorse, it swims 1.5 meters per hour.

Seahorses mate for life meaning they can have a strong bond. They  can have 1,500 babies from the father and the mother can hold 50 eggs in her pouch.
